For over a decade, we have represented numerous clients seeking to access public and private rights of way in order to construct metropolitan and intercity communications networks. We also have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating franchises, licenses, ordinances, permits, authorizations, rights of way, easements, and other approvals with numerous public and private landowners throughout North America.

In connection with those efforts, we have developed a strong working relationship with the staffs of hundreds of state and local governmental agencies.
