We are excited to welcome attorney Emily R. Langdon to the Firm’s employee benefits, ERISA, and executive compensation team.

 
 

Emily has dedicated her law practice to counseling business owners and managers on health and welfare benefits, qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, equity incentive plans, and benefits issues related to mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions. She has considerable experience advising clients on implementing and operating multiple employer welfare arrangements (MEWAs) and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs).

“I’m thrilled to be joining Fraser Stryker to lead its employee benefits and executive compensation practice,” said Emily. “The Firm’s team of excellent attorneys, combined with its client-centered focus makes it truly unique.”

In addition to her extensive benefits experience, Emily regularly assists healthcare and pharmacy benefit management clients with matters relating to HIPAA compliance, healthcare reform, practitioner employment agreements, compensation and non-disclosure agreements, and compensation plans.

A native of Omaha, Emily received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law. She volunteers her time as a cross-country coach for Saint Vincent de Paul and is on the Board of Directors for Sunflower Haven and Lincoln Running Club Nebraska.
