Phillip’s practice focuses on corporate governance, financing, taxation, and mergers and acquisitions. He has represented individuals and businesses of all sizes, from startups to corporations with hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue.

Phillip received his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, with concentrations in business and sports law. Before law school, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with concentrations in Business Law and Finance, from the University of Nebraska Omaha. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, watching football and hockey, cooking, and learning the guitar.
