Benjamin Novotny’s practice is built around business, corporate, and regulatory law. Ben advises clients on a wide array of issues in data privacy and cybersecurity, corporate compliance, telecommunications, intellectual property, and technology matters.

Ben completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska—Lincoln in 2016, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in History and Economics, with distinction. He earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University in 2019, magna cum laude.
