Meghan Bothe Strengthens Fraser Stryker’s Litigation Team

Meghan Bothe is an accomplished, seasoned litigator whose practice spans the full scope of state and federal litigation. She has extensive experience in government investigations and representing clients engaged in all facets of government operations. Meghan has defended a wide variety of cases, including civil rights and constitutional law, torts, personal injury and wrongful death, medical malpractice, contract actions, and collective bargaining agreement disputes.
Known for her strategic mindset, she excels at identifying and mitigating risks, developing innovative legal theories and dispute resolution methods, and achieving favorable results. Her broad range of experience enables her to look at cases differently and help clients navigate legal complexities with clarity and confidence.
Before joining Fraser Stryker, Meghan served as a Deputy County Attorney for Douglas County, Nebraska. She has appeared before 11 judicial and administrative bodies, including Nebraska’s appellate courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. This litigation background allows her to cut through the complexity of cases and deliver effective legal strategies, making her a trusted advocate in high-pressure situations.
Meghan earned her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law and her B.S. in Advertising/Public Relations from Texas Christian University.
Outside of the office, Meghan enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and dog.
