Fraser Stryker Welcomes Trevor Rogers to Growing Litigation Team
Trevor Rogers serves clients in commercial litigation, appellate, government and regulatory matters, and insurance defense.
As a lawyer who constantly endeavors to be a student of the game, Trevor works tirelessly to help his clients achieve the best possible outcome. No matter the issue, he seeks to represent his clients with integrity, sincere honesty, and relentless effort. Trevor prides himself on having a collegial approach with his clients and believes that honest and thorough communication is the best way to obtain the best result. With prior experience as a judicial clerk and having successfully litigated appeals before the Nebraska Supreme Court, he can effectively litigate any matter from trial to appeal.
Prior to joining Fraser Stryker, Trevor served as a judicial law clerk for all eighteen judges of the District Court for Douglas County. As a judicial clerk, he advised the judges on all aspects of complex civil litigation, as well as helping them resolve numerous issues in various major felony criminal trials. This behind-the-scenes experience equipped Trevor to handle complex litigation matters and he learned how to advocate for clients in front of a litany of different judges. Having spent two years as a law clerk for Nebraska’s largest administrative agency, he also has a deep understanding of governmental entities and the complexities of regulatory and administrative litigation.
Trevor earned his Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2022. He served as a member of the Nebraska Law Review and as Chair of the Nebraska Moot Court Board. As a Moot Court competitor, he won the Fall 2020 Grether Moot Court Competition and was a runner-up in the Spring 2021 Allen Moot Court Competition. He received his undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science from Augustana College in 2017.
Outside of law, Trevor enjoys spending time with his fiancé and their Labrador Retriever, watching numerous sports, hunting, and fishing.
