Fraser Stryker is excited to welcome attorney Eric W. Wells to our litigation practice group. An experienced litigator, Eric’s legal practice covers matters such as insurance defense, business and commercial litigation, personal injury, products liability, and a range of other criminal and civil litigation matters.

Eric’s thorough understanding of jury trials makes him a valuable asset for clients seeking a skilled litigator. His analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail enable him to navigate complex legal issues and advocate effectively on behalf of his clients.

A graduate of Creighton University School of Law, Eric spent fifteen years serving as a Deputy Douglas County Attorney. “I am looking forward to stepping back into the courtroom and advocating on my client’s behalf,” said Eric.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children. He is an avid golfer, snowboarder, culinary enthusiast, and dedicated Iowa Hawkeyes fan.
