Fraser Stryker PC LLO is pleased to announce the election of two attorneys to partner, effective January 1, 2024.

Brian J. Fahey

Brian Fahey focuses on advising clients in matters relating to government and regulatory, business/commercial disputes, and personal injury/wrongful death. He assists clients in navigating each stage of the legal proceedings, spanning from settlements and trials to appeals, while also facilitating mediation and commercial arbitration.

Outside of the office, Brian enjoys giving back to the community as a member of the River City Mixed Chorus Board of Directors, vocalist for the Omaha Chamber Singers, and Artistic Director of the Capitol Avenue Baroque.

Steve R. Hogan

Steve Hogan focuses his practice on providing counsel for matters relating to government and regulatory, corporate compliance and administrative, commercial litigation, product liability, personal injury/wrongful death, and bankruptcy. He collaborates with clients to build long-standing relationships, resolve complex cases, and achieve their short and long-term goals.

In his free time, Steve is highly engaged in the Omaha community, serving on the Board of Directors for the CHI Health Foundation and The First Tee of Omaha, as well as a Committee Member for the Aksarben Floor Foundation. During the 2022-2023 session, he served as Secretary of the Omaha Bar Association’s Executive Council.
