Fraser Stryker is pleased to announce that on Thursday, May 28, 2015, it will award a college-level scholarship for the 2015-2016 school year through the Fraser Stryker Diversity Scholarship Program. This year’s recipient is Eros Mejia-Hernandez from Creighton Prep High School.
Eros is a member of the National Honor Society, ranked in the top 26% of his class, and has received Honors and Effort Academic Achievement awards. His accomplishments also include earning the Creighton Prep James Schwee Award, as well as, earning the Mahatma Gandhi Diversity Award. Upon graduation from Creighton Prep High School in 2015, Eros plans to attend the University of Nebraska at Omaha with an undergrad program in business and later hopes to have a career in the legal field.
Started in 2006, the program provides financial aid for college-bound students and also gives Fraser Stryker scholars the opportunity to learn about the practice of law by working in the firm during the summer months. The scholarship award is in the amount of $2,500 per academic year.
