Within less than a week following West Plains’ report to us of a loss of employees to a new competitor, our attorneys filed suit in federal court and obtained a temporary injunction against the former employees and the competitor on behalf of West Plains. Then, followed up that success by obtaining a Preliminary Injunction as well. While this litigation will be ongoing, we are encouraged with the outcomes of these early efforts and will continue to aggressively advocate on behalf of our client.
