Spencer has devoted his career to advising businesses and individuals in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury, insurance and commercial trucking defense, contract cases, and medical malpractice. Over the past seven years, he has tried multiple cases to verdict and negotiated many favorable settlements.
When asked why he chose to join Fraser Stryker, Spencer said, “I wanted to join a firm with an excellent reputation and support network for growing my practice and assisting clients. I’m looking forward to working with my colleagues on new and challenging cases.”
Prior to the start of his legal career, Spencer served for the Honorable Charles B. Kornmann, United States District Judge for the District of South Dakota.
During his free time, Spencer acts as a secretary and treasurer for Bennington Jaycees, spends time with his family, and enjoys multiple outdoor hobbies, including hunting and fishing.
