As part of Fraser Stryker’s Business and Corporate team, Megan will counsel clients on matters related to business law, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, she will provide guidance to individuals on estate planning and probate.
Megan’s commitment to her clients enables her to provide personalized legal guidance tailored to their unique needs. Her creative approach to problem-solving allows her to navigate challenges effectively, offering practical solutions while ensuring peace of mind. “I’m excited about focusing on transactional work that looks ahead rather than retrospective,” said Megan. “My goal is to engage in work that is forward-thinking and anticipates future needs on the transactional team.”
Megan earned her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law and completed her undergraduate degree at Marquette University. During law school, she gained valuable experience working as a law clerk for in-house counsel at a large North American construction and engineering company.
Outside the office, Megan enjoys gardening, baking, and exploring thrift stores around Omaha.
