Jacob focuses his practice on complex business matters, commercial disputes, and mergers and acquisitions. He looks forward to using his unique blend of legal and business knowledge to help clients. “By joining a dynamic law firm like Fraser Stryker, I knew I would be able to build on my previous professional skills,” said Jacob. “I look forward to using these abilities to create custom-tailored recommendations based on my client’s unique needs.”
Before law school, Jacob worked as a business professional for Utah’s largest worker’s compensation insurance company. He obtained his J.D. and MBA simultaneously from Creighton University. Most recently, Jacob served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Douglas County District Court of Nebraska, where he worked on a wide variety of business law cases, ranging from simple contract disputes to mergers and acquisitions
When he is not in the office, Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, staying active, and being out in nature.
