Meghan Bothe joins Fraser Stryker’s litigation team, focusing on business and commercial litigation, government and regulatory matters, insurance defense, and white collar defense and investigations. With a practice that spans both state and federal litigation, she has represented clients in all areas of government operations and defended cases involving contract actions, collective bargaining agreement disputes, civil rights, constitutional law, torts, personal injury, and medical malpractice.

As a former Deputy County Attorney for Douglas County, Nebraska, Meghan has appeared before 11 judicial and administrative bodies, including Nebraska’s appellate courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. “After 11 rewarding years defending Douglas County in some of its most complex civil litigation, I know my experience will enable me to provide advice to clients facing their own challenges,” said Meghan. “I’m excited to collaborate with attorneys across our firm and work closely with our clients to deliver excellent results.”

Meghan earned her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law and holds a B.S. in Advertising and Public Relations from Texas Christian University. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog.
