Leadership Omaha is a 10-month leadership development program in which participants are selected based on their community involvement and vision for the future of Omaha.
Joining a class of 49 next-generation leaders, Sally will gain insight to issues in the community and foster personal commitments to strengthening Omaha. “After reading more about the program and talking with other Leadership Omaha alums, Leadership Omaha sounded like a great opportunity to learn more about Omaha, the challenges we face as a community, and how those challenges are being addressed,” she said.
Excited about the opportunity to explore new topics and areas of the city, Sally is looking forward to learning more about Omaha and “…the ways that leaders and community organizations are working to make Omaha a better place to live and work. I hope that participating in the program will also provide motivation to continue my work with organizations I currently support and to become involved in the community in new ways.”
Sally was encouraged to apply for the program by leadership in the Firm. “Throughout my career, the Firm has always encouraged attorneys to become involved in the community in whatever way is most meaningful to each attorney,” said Sally. “I am lucky to have the support of Fraser Stryker to participate in Leadership Omaha.”
